How Telehealth Works
Receiving high-quality mental health support and medication management is simple, secure, and completed entirely from the privacy of your home.
Four Simple Steps to Virtual Care
Follow this straightforward guide from initial appointment request to your one-on-one virtual consultation.
Step 1: Request an Appointment
Start by clicking the “Request an Appointment” button anywhere on our website or calling our office directly at (443) 878-0916. You will be directed to our secure appointment scheduling portal where you provide your basic contact details, reason for care, and preferred session times.
Step 2: Receive Confirmation & Intake Details
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email or text containing your appointment date, time, and your unique, secure video consultation link. You will also be prompted to complete electronic intake consent forms prior to your session.
Step 3: Prepare Your Space & Device
A few minutes before your appointment, choose a quiet, private room in your home with adequate lighting. Close doors to minimize disruptions. Test your internet connection and make sure your computer, tablet, or smartphone has its microphone and camera enabled.
Step 4: Connect With Your Healthcare Provider
Click the link provided in your confirmation message to enter the private virtual waiting room. Your clinician will admit you to start the video appointment. You will discuss your behavioral health concerns, evaluate symptoms, formulate treatment goals, and coordinate medication management if needed.
